1. Your claim will be actioned within 1 hour of receipt.
2. Your claim will be reviewed every 3 days and you will be kept informed until:
    
   
   • you have the claims cheque in your hand
   • or: repairs have been completed and you are 100% happy
   • or: items have been replaced
      
3. You will receive everything you are entitled to from your claim.
4. We will actively pursue your policy excess, if you’re not at fault and recovery is possible. We won’t rest until we get a result.
5. If we say we’ll ring you back at a certain time – we will.
